FAQ

What happens if I overload the skip?
If the skip is overloaded we can will arrange for an additional bin to be delivered at the customers cost and the customer will be asked to unload the excess waste that is protruding the rim. Overloaded bins are dangerous and create EPA and other transporting risks.

Where can the bin be placed?
We can do our best to put the bin in the location required. The bin must be placed on your property unless you obtain a council permit prior to bin delivery. Our trucks do need clearance to be able to lift the bin for delivery and collection so please take this into consideration when choosing the bin location.

Can I move the bin?
No, please do not try and move our bins. If you change your mind regarding the location of the bin we can arrange an additional visit with a call out fee to move the bin. Trying to move the bin with construction machinery can damage our bins.

Will the bin damage my driveway?
All our bins are new and have no rust that can stain your driveway. But if you do have concerns, please lay some timber for the bin to sit on.
